Wonderful place, amiable and very nice staff. Quiet huge rooms with an excellent shower. Appetising food in the restaurant, delicious and amazing breakfast with local cuisines.

Everyone is amicable and host too. It has good and excellent location in Kutaisi so close to a quiet neighbourhood close to the center, the tourist centre where there are lots of bars and eateries and the center of Kutaisi. Also, we both thoroughly enjoyed a cultural heritage museum, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Well-appointed and brand-new units with high ceiling as well as comfy giant bed. Peaceful location in the old town, Georgian style building.
Beds were not comfortable.

Excellent location just off the tourist centre where there are lots of bars and eateries, restaurants and a fabulous bakery and the central square hot water quiet neighbourhood, it's central. Rooms are neat with a huge breakfast, newly remodeled private bath, as example, food is brilliant...

charming old small place, it has particularly good and magnificent location right by hot water quiet neighbourhood, the center and the monastery. the rooms here are exceptionally clean and huge with high ceiling. the staff are friendly and thoughtful, and the host too. want to say thank you for comfortable stay.

The hotel had a GOOD location a couple of blocks away from Colchis Fountain. Besides, we were short walk to the tourist centre where there are lots of bars, a quiet neighbourhood close to the center and Kutaisi. Overall it was extremely spacious with high ceiling.
